This is a belated post to wish all my friends celebrating this festive occassion a Happy Chap Goh Meh. Sri aman its lantern procession a few days after the Maulidur Rasul 2010 event but I was not there to see it. Maybe next round I hope. I was still recovering from sunburn and the effects of the hot sun earlier on. It was an enjoyable occassion I was told. Maybe I can get the photos from my friends who were there. Anyway Nadai Nama Nama wishes you all Happy Chap Goh Meh - I hope its not too late.

The beer bottles are in safe hands

Happy Chap Goh Meh 2010 (belated): In the old days, the story of young single ladies throwing mandarin orange into the water (river or sea) in hope of finding a partner was one of my favourite tale. As mandarin oranges now are hard to plant in the concrete jungle of Kuala Lumpur, three ladies decided to throw beer in a small packed box and guess who they got  - me of course. Those lucky bottles.....I will treasure them forever. *hic* Excuse me :)
